Introduction

The working head is connected with the drive motor by a connector, and the disassembly and assembly are simple and flexible.

Operating Principle

The operation controller of the digital display high-speed dispersion homogenizer applies numerical control technology and digitally displays the operation status function to provide a guarantee for the collection of experimental data. The unique structure of the dispersion homogenizer ensures that the rotor of the working head has a high rotational line speed under the high-speed drive of the motor, which produces a strong liquid shear force and a severe high-frequency mechanical effect, which prompts the experimental fluid material to shear and disperse each other through the rotor and stator under the action of huge centrifugal force. The experimental material is subjected to tens of thousands of shearing, tearing and mixing per minute, so as to achieve the effect of dispersion and homogenization.
