Introduction to SZQ-37.5 stainless steel applicator

SZQ-37.5 stainless steel applicator is an ISO bird-type stainless steel applicator designed and produced according to ISO standards in a MODERNER. The coating thickness of SZQ-37.5 is 37.5 microns, the coating accuracy is ±2 microns, and the groove width is 100mm.

The hardness value of SZQ-37.5 (ISO bird type) stainless steel applicator is HRC48±2.

Use material

SZQ-37.5 (ISO bird-type) stainless steel applicators are all made of 9Cr18Mo high-carbon chromium stainless steel, and 9Cr18 is high-carbon chromium martensitic stainless bearing steel. It has the advantages of high hardness and wear resistance.

Steps

(1) Place the sample on the platform and secure it to ensure that the Wet Film Applicator cannot move when it slides over.

(2) According to the required wet film thickness requirements, select a Wet Film Applicator of corresponding specifications and place it on the short side of the sample, close to parallel or at a specified position.

(3) Pour about 5 ml of sample in front of the Wet Film Applicator, hold both ends of it with your fingers, and slide it at a constant speed of 150 mm/second to finally obtain a wet film with the required thickness.

(4) MODERNER SZQ-37.5 (ISO bird-type) stainless steel applicator should be cleaned and dried with a suitable solvent after use, and the surface should be coated with oil or Vaseline.
