MODERNER SZQ-25 coating Wet Film Applicator is a stainless steel coating Wet Film Applicator, the thickness of the coating film is 25 microns, and the coating film accuracy is ±2 μm. The effective coating width of SZQ-25 coating Wet Film Applicator is 78mm. The SZQ-25 coating Wet Film Applicator is designed according to the GB standard. It is made of high-carbon chromium stainless steel, which has the advantages of high hardness and corrosion resistance.

Material and Hardness

MODERNER SZQ-25 (GB bird type) coating Wet Film Applicator is made of 9Cr18Mo high carbon chromium stainless steel with a hardness of HRC48±2.

Steps

1) Place the template on the coating platform and fix it, and it must not move when the wet Film Applicator slides over.

2) According to the required wet film thickness, select a suitable type of wet Film Applicator, and place it on the short side of the template, close to parallel or at a specified position.

3) Then pour about 5 ml of the sample in front of the wet Film Applicator, press both ends of it with your fingers, and slide at a constant speed of 150 mm/s to coat a wet film with a required thickness.

4) The wet Film Applicator should be cleaned and dried with solvent after use, and the surface should be coated with oil or petroleum jelly.
