The Shore Hardness Tester series includes eight models: A, B, C, D, E, O, DO, and OO. Each model is specially designed for different hardness measurement needs. These measuring instruments have different measuring probe sizes, measurable object ranges and hardness value ranges to meet your needs for hardness measurement of different objects. They are widely used in hardness testing applications of materials such as rubber and plastics.

main feature

  • Integrated design, the instrument is small in size, light in weight, and easy to carry and use.

  • It supports switching between metric and imperial units, and has the functions of average value calculation, maximum value latch and under-Voltage alarm indication, which improves the accuracy and reliability of measurement.

  • Supports communication with personal computer through USB data line output and RS-232 data line output to facilitate data transmission, storage and analysis.

  • Optional Bluetooth™ data output makes data transmission more convenient.

These Hardness Testers are not only simple in structure and easy to use, but also very lightweight. You can carry them with you for handheld measurement, or install them on the corresponding model of fixed load rack for fixed load measurement. Whatever your hardness measurement needs are, we have the products to meet your requirements.

The use of Shore Hardness Tester test bracket can effectively improve the accuracy of rubber hardness measurement. The test force is applied through the weight of the bracket on the central axis of the durometer needle , so that the pressure foot of the Hardness Tester presses on the sample, thereby obtaining a comparison Stable and accurate  hardness values.
