MODERNER SZQ-500 (GB bird type) wet Film Applicator has a coating film thickness of 500 microns and an effective coating film width of 78mm. SZQ-500 complies with GB standards and is a stainless steel wet Film Applicator. SZQ wet Film Applicator is an I-shaped Wet Film Applicator, which is used for coating film proofing.

Steps

1) Place the template on the coating platform and fix it, and it must not move when the wet Film Applicator slides over.

2) According to the required wet film thickness, select a suitable type of wet Film Applicator, and place it on the short side of the template, close to parallel or at a specified position.

3) Then pour about 5 ml of the sample in front of the wet Film Applicator, press both ends of it with your fingers, and slide at a constant speed of 150 mm/s to coat a wet film with a required thickness.

4) SZQ-500 Wet Film Applicator After use, the wet Film Applicator should be cleaned and dried with solvent, and the surface should be coated with oil or petroleum jelly.

CAUTION: Keep wet Film Applicator dry when not in use.
