At this time, when the inching motor cannot start, use your hand to "turn" the spindle pulley to add a small amount of solvent that has the ability to dissolve the material, so that the material can be diluted and loosened before starting. 9. If the parking time is long, the dried materials on the screen should be cleaned.
10. When cleaning the disperser, it can only be rotated slightly and intermittently, because the disperser and grinding media are easily worn and broken when they rotate rapidly in the cleaning fluid.
11. When using new grinding media, it should be screened to remove foreign matter such as impurities and fragments.
