Principle

The Principle of this machine is that the liquid-solid mixture that has been pre-dispersed and moistened is fed into the grinding barrel by the feeding pump through the feed valve at the bottom of the grinding barrel, and the grinding medium in the grinding barrel is stirred by the high-speed rotating disperser. , causing strong shear impact between the solid particles in the material and the grinding medium to achieve the purpose of grinding fine particles and dispersing aggregates. The ground and dispersed liquid-solid suspension flows out through the screen on the top of the grinding drum.

Function and structure

This machine is a grinding and dispersing equipment with a wide range of applications. Since the material properties, fineness requirements, and process conditions of different products vary greatly, the fineness requirements can be adjusted by adding or subtracting grinding media appropriately.

1. Make preparations before test run.

2. Check whether each component is installed firmly.

3. The rotation direction of each machine should be in the direction indicated by the arrow (the direction should be tested by inching).

4. Check whether the cooling water is smooth.

5. Adjust the V-belt properly before starting it. After 50 hours of operation, adjust it again.

6. Add grinding media from the top of the cylinder.

7. Start the feed pump first, input the material and wait for it to be discharged from the top screen before starting the main machine.

8. After stopping for a long time, when restarting, the disperser is often "stuck" due to the settlement of solid particles and grinding media in the material. Especially when the viscous material is at a lower temperature, the "braking" phenomenon is particularly serious. At this time, when the inching motor cannot start, use your hand to "turn" the spindle pulley to add a small amount of solvent that has the ability to dissolve the material, so that the material can be diluted and loosened before starting. In short, it cannot be started by force to avoid damaging the electrical appliances and the machine body.

9. If the parking time is long, the dried materials on the screen should be cleaned.

10. When cleaning the disperser, it can only be rotated slightly and intermittently, because the disperser and grinding media are easily worn and broken when they rotate rapidly in the cleaning fluid.

11. When using new grinding media, it should be screened to remove foreign matter such as impurities and fragments.
