Introduction

Zibo Coulomb KLS100 volumetric moisture analyzer is a super economical automatic Karl Fischer moisture measuring product. The instrument uses volumetric titration with Karl-Fischer reagent as the standard solution as the analysis principle, and has an end-point indication function. It has high testing accuracy, accurate end point indication, easy to use, stable performance, and low price. It can effectively replace the traditional manual visual KF-1 Moisture Meter. This instrument is mainly used to measure the moisture content in chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industrial products. It is also suitable for chemical laboratories and quality inspection departments in various hospitals, pharmaceutical factories, veterinary medicine factories, beverage factories, chemical enterprises and other industries.

Features

1. Using ordinary Karl-Fischer reagent as standard solution, the measurement is simple, rapid and accurate;

2. There are two measurement methods: manual and automatic. The solenoid valve is used to adjust the measurement flow and automatically indicate the end point;

3. After starting the measurement, the instrument automatically adjusts fast titration according to the water content, and automatically switches to slow titration near the end point, making the measurement fast and accurate;

4. The instrument has an automatic end-point locking device, a red light indicator for the end point, and a buzzer reminder when measuring the end point;

5. The instrument has a built-in stepless speed-adjustable electromagnetic stirrer;

6. The instrument is equipped with an automatic waste discharge device, which eliminates the need to manually remove waste liquid and is safe and convenient to use;

7. The instrument is easy to repair and maintain. There is no need to turn on the machine to replace parts. The operator can easily perform instrument maintenance operations;
