DHG series Forced Air Drying Oven consists of a box body, temperature control system and air circulation system. The outer shell of the box is stamped from high-quality steel plates, the exterior is electrostatically sprayed, and the inner tank is made of mirror stainless steel. The insulation layer is made of high-quality thermal insulation cotton, and the connection between the studio and the door is sealed with a high-temperature resistant silicone seal. The temperature control system adopts PID adaptive control method, which does not require temperature control parameter adjustment and has high control accuracy and no overshoot. The temperature circulation system consists of heating pipes, blowers, and air ducts. The operation of the fans is used to force air convection and improve the temperature uniformity of the studio.
