Applications

Frame type 25/50/75/100 large frame type preparer is used to coat wet films of specified thickness to measure the covering power, color and luster of the sample or prepare samples, etc.

Steps for usage

1. Place the sample on the platform and fix it so that the Frame Applicator does not move when it slides over.

2. Select the appropriate wet film thickness preparation and place it on the short side of the sample, close to parallel or at a specified position.

3. Pour about 5 ml of sample in front of the large frame 25/50/75/100 Frame Applicator, hold both ends of the preparer with your fingers, and slide it at a constant speed of 150 mm/second to finally get the required The wet film thickness of the wet film.

4. After use, the Frame Applicator should be wiped clean with a suitable solvent, and the surface should be coated with oil or Vaseline.
