90 ° Adapter Rod (Roughness Gauge Accessories)

Introduction

When the Aedas roughness measuring instrument is equipped with different sensors, the probe may not touch the measurement area due to the different measurement occasions. Therefore, Aedar has researched and produced the roughness meter extension rod and the roughness meter 90° adapter . Rods are used for different measurement sites.

Roughness Measuring Instrument Extension Rod (Probe Extension Rod): Used to measure the internal surface roughness of deep holes, it can be extended by 50mm, and a maximum of 2 can be added to measure the surface roughness of the inner hole within a depth of 100mm. The extension rod needs to cooperate with the measurement platform for measurement.

Roughness Measuring Instrument 90° Adapter Rod : Used in the occasion of lateral displacement measurement, suitable for measuring surfaces such as grooves and crankshafts. The minimum groove of the workpiece to be tested is 7.5mm-20mm, which is related to the selected sample length. In addition, steps with a height of less than 2.5mm can also be measured.
