Structure overview
The appearance of the GRP-9000 series water-isolated constant temperature Incubator is a vertical box made of high-quality steel plates with plastic spraying on the surface; the water jacket working room is made of stainless steel argon arc welding, which is durable; and the water jacket structure is used for temperature control. Accurate and reliable, without the disadvantages of temperature overshoot, the temperature is uniform, and the constant temperature can be maintained for a long time after the power is cut off.
Studio shelves can be easily moved and the height can be changed at will. The studio adopts a semi-circular design, and the four corners are easy to clean. The box door is equipped with an inner glass door. When you open the outer box door, you can easily observe the items in the working room without any influence on the temperature in the working room. The studio and the glass door are connected by a silicone sealing ring to ensure a high degree of sealing in the studio. Ultra-fine glass wool is filled between the box and the studio for thermal insulation.
Components such as temperature controller and power switch are distributed in the upper part of the box. The temperature controller has high temperature control accuracy and has protection, tracking and alarm functions. The water level of the water jacket has an independent control system. If the water level is too low or too high, an audible and visual alarm will automatically sound.
