Overview of KTQ Adjustable Film Applicator

JinKeLian adjustable Film Applicators are divided into 4 models, KTQ-I, KTQ-II , KTQ-III , and KTQ-IV  according to the different coating widths, and the coating widths are 50mm, 100mm, 150mm, and 200mm respectively .  The film coating accuracy of KTQ-I/II/III/IV adjustable Film Applicators is ±2μm, which can be freely adjusted in the film thickness range of 0~3500μm, and the gap of the scraper can be adjusted in units of 10 microns.

Application of KTQ adjustable Film Applicator

The adjustable Film Applicator can adjust the scraper below by adjusting the two differentiators above the Film Applicator up and down to control the gap, that is, the thickness of the final coating.
