Overview of KTQ adjustable applicator

JinKeLian adjustable coater is divided into 4 models according to the coating width: KTQ-I, KTQ-II , KTQ-III , KTQ-IV  , and the coating widths are 50mm, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm respectively .  The film coating accuracy of KTQ-I/II/III/IV adjustable Film Applicators is ±2μm, which can be freely adjusted in the film thickness range of 0~3500μm, and the gap of the scraper can be adjusted in units of 10 microns.

The adjustable coater can adjust the scraper below up and down by adjusting the two differentiators above the applicator to control the gap, that is, the thickness of the final coating.
