Introduction

The dual-station dye fastness Tester is an instrument used to test the dye fastness of textiles and dyed materials. Dyeing fastness refers to whether the dyed color remains stable and does not fade or lose under different conditions (such as friction, washing, exposure, etc.). This is one of the important parameters for assessing the quality of textiles and dyeing materials, especially for applications such as making clothing, fabrics and home textiles.

The dual-station dyeing fastness Tester includes two stations and can test two samples at the same time. It evaluates the fastness and durability of dyes by simulating dyeing fastness tests under various conditions, such as rubbing, wet rubbing, dry rubbing, washing, dry cleaning, exposure, etc. The testing process will use standardized testing methods and reagents to ensure the accuracy and comparability of test results.

The dyeing fastness testing machine uses dry or wet white cotton cloth to tie on the surface of the friction hammer of the machine. After rubbing the colored test piece with a certain load and number of times, compare it with the gray mark to evaluate the dyeing friction fastness grade. It can also be used as a friction test for organic solvents. It has power-off memory function.
