Introduction

Precautions

1. The cutting direction needs to be parallel or perpendicular to the direction of corrugation, and the test specimen must not be loose during the cutting process;

2. After each cut, pull the handle back to the position to be cut;

3. It is strictly forbidden to put your hands in the cutting position to prevent injury;

4. If the cut of the cut specimen is seriously curled or deflected, the blade should be replaced. The blade used can be any commercially available blade of the same type (replacement method: loosen the screw on the blade holder assembly, remove the old blade, replace it with a new blade, adjust the blade position and angle, and tighten the screw);

5. When not in use for a long time, the blades, guide posts, etc. should be coated with anti-rust oil and covered with dust-proof covers;

6. The guide sleeve components and guide posts should always be filled with a small amount of lubricating oil.
