Introduction

FPC (flexible printed circuit board) folding endurance Tester is a special equipment used to test the performance of flexible printed circuit boards under stress conditions such as bending, folding or bending-tension. Flexible printed circuit board is a thin film circuit board, usually composed of a flexible substrate (such as polyester film) and conductive traces, used to connect and transmit electrical signals or power.

This machine is mainly used for flexural testing of flexurally resistant circuit boards (commonly known as flexible circuit boards); such as flexural resistance and flexural endurance life testing of FPC soft boards of electronic products such as mobile phones, PDAs, electronic dictionaries, and laptop computers.

2. Programmable origin return, no need to move the fixture to its original position by hand;

3. This machine uses a touch screen display controller for program input;

4. The test angle, speed, number of tests, and the return of the motor to the origin can be set and automatically counted. When the product is bent to the point of disconnection and cannot be powered on, the operation can be automatically stopped.
