The salt water spray testing machine is used to test the corrosion resistance of various materials after surface treatment, including coating, electroplating, organic and inorganic films, anode treatment, anti-rust oil and other anti-corrosion treatments, thereby establishing the quality of the product.
1. Two types of spray: continuous/indirect spray. Programming is fully automatic, writing once, no attendance required.
2. The spray nozzle uses the Benoit principle to absorb salt water and atomize it, without producing crystallized salt.
3. The control system has touch button settings and the LCD control operation interface is on the same machine board. It is user-friendly and can be operated upright. All detection data are clear at a glance.
4. In accordance with the international salt spray test operation requirements, fully automatic mode and manual mode can be selected arbitrarily.
5. Power failure memory function.
6. Double over-temperature protection, design and functions comply with standards from various countries around the world.
(1) The test box is made of light gray PVC plate welded and molded; it has a temperature resistance of 85℃ and a solid structure.
(2) The Test Chamber cover is made of imported transparent acrylic impact-resistant board, with double-layer thickening on the inside and outside edges to prevent distortion and deformation due to long-term high temperature.
(3) The integrated test barrel is hidden, easy to clean and easy to operate.
(4) The pressure air barrel is made of SUS#304 stainless steel, which is resistant to high pressure and high temperature, and has better heating, humidification and heat preservation effects.
(5) The test sample holder adopts a plane indexing type, and the angle can be adjusted arbitrarily between 15° and 30°. The fog falls evenly on all sides and the fog is completely consistent. The test results are accurate and the number of test samples can be placed in a large number.
(6) Unique watertight structure, no salt spray overflow.
Operate and set in accordance with JIS, ASTM, CNS, and GB standard parameters.

1. When the water level is low, the power supply is automatically cut off and the safety warning light device lights up.
2. When overtemperature occurs, the heater power is automatically cut off and the safety warning light device lights up to display.
3. When the water level of the reagent (salt water) is low, the safety warning light device lights up and displays an alarm.
4. Leakage protection function to prevent personal injury and instrument failure caused by line leakage or short circuit.
Adopt automatic and manual water adding systems to automatically or manually replenish the water level of the pressure barrel and test room to prevent water shortage and high temperature damage to the instrument.
Clear the salt spray in the Test Chamber during the test process and during shutdown to prevent corrosive gases from flowing out and damaging other precision instruments in the laboratory.
