Introduction

The flexible circuit board (FPC) bending resistance testing machine is a professional equipment used to test and evaluate the bending resistance of flexible circuit boards. This equipment is primarily used to simulate and evaluate the physical and functional performance of flexible circuit boards under repeated bending or folding conditions.

This machine is mainly used for flexural testing of flexurally resistant circuit boards (commonly known as flexible circuit boards); such as flexural resistance and flexural endurance life testing of FPC soft boards of electronic products such as mobile phones, PDAs, electronic dictionaries, and laptop computers.

Features

1. This machine is driven by a stepper motor, with high-precision positioning, low noise, and can be used for a long time;

2. Programmable origin return, no need to move the fixture to its original position by hand;

3. This machine uses a touch screen display controller for program input;

4. The test angle, speed, number of tests, and the return of the motor to the origin can be set and automatically counted. When the product is bent to the point of disconnection and cannot be powered on, the operation can be automatically stopped.
