Introduction

HI764073 is a backup polarographic dissolved oxygen probe that can be used with the HI98193 portable Dissolved Oxygen Meter. Ideal for laboratory and field applications, this probe comes with a protective sheath to withstand most environments. Calibration is fast and the measured values can be temperature compensated. The sensitive PTFE membrane can be replaced in seconds, making it ideal for use in the field.

As a standard Clark-type polarographic dissolved oxygen probe, it is suitable for Hanna desktop and portable Dissolved Oxygen Meters. The probe is constructed from durable ABS plastic for maximum durability and contains an integrated temperature sensor for temperature compensated measurements. It is compatible with our HI76407A/P PTFE membrane cap. Each cap is easily filled with HI7041 electrolyte and screwed onto the probe. The probe's tapered design makes it a popular choice for BOD measurements. Large holes in the protective cap allow for proper solution circulation, ensuring the sensor is always exposed to fresh sample. Each membrane separates the probe's platinum cathode and silver anode from the water sample being measured. Oxygen passes through the membrane and interacts with the polarographic system, producing an electric current proportional to the oxygen concentration.

FAQ
QIs the price listed on the website the final cost for overseas purchases?
ANo, it isn't. This is the ex-factory price of the product in the Chinese Mainland. In addition to this price, buyers from different countries need to account for additional costs such as shipping fees, tariffs, and others.
