Introduction

The BL981411 inlaid mini acidity controller has a compact design, saves space and is easy to operate. Unique design, suitable for pH electrodes with BNC interface. The large LCD screen displays clearer readings and can also display operating instructions. Use special tools to easily calibrate between 0.0 to 14.0 pH range through the CAL adjustment hole on the panel. Recommended calibration points: pH4.01, 7.01, 10.01 to ensure accurate and reliable measurement data.

The custom-designed dosing controller is simple and easy to operate through the front panel conversion button. You can freely choose manual or automatic dosing. Through manual operation, the user can turn off or open the dosing controller set point within the pH range of 0.0 to 14.0. Choose acid or alkali dosing mode according to needs to meet the different needs of users. When the actual measured value exceeds the user's set point, the relay is activated and the dosing controller is turned on; when the actual measured value is lower than the user's set point, the relay is activated and the dosing controller is turned off; in order to avoid excessive dosing , causing the dosing controller to be activated for a long time, and the delay time control system ensures the reliability of the instrument and measurement data.

All in all, the BL981411 is a compact pH process controller designed for applications where space or cost is important. The device contains a high-impedance pH input and can be used with any pH electrode with a standard BNC connector. Its adjustable dosing relay can be configured to dose above or below a user-programmable pH set point. Users can choose from automatic or manual dosing modes for easier maintenance and troubleshooting.
