Introduction

HI96802 (fructose) Brix refractometer can be used to measure the refractive index of liquid solution samples and convert it into % fructose content. The refractive index of the sample is converted into mass percentage unit (%W/W).

Application

Sugar content detection of fruits, functional drinks, pudding, soy milk, juice, jam, honey, soup, jelly, tofu and seasonings.
