Introduction

HI96803 (glucose) Brix refractometer can be used to measure the refractive index of liquid solution samples and convert it into % glucose content. The reading is expressed in mass percentage unit (%W/W). Suitable for sugar content detection of fruits, functional drinks, pudding, soy milk, juice, jam as well as honey, soup, jelly, tofu and seasonings.
