Introduction

NBC-DJ8-600 Automatic Film Applicator is a roll-to-roll coater with unwinding, scraping, drying, weaving, film laminating, and winding functions. The application width is 600mm, the wet film thickness is 0.005-3mm, and the heating temperature of the rubber roller reaches 200 ℃. It is used for PUA glue film.

Structure

The machine consists of a body, a gluing width adjusting device, a discharge rack, a gluing roller group, a thickness adjusting dial, a transmission platform, a traction roller group, and a transmission mechanism.

1. Body: The body of the equipment is composed of all aluminum alloy + high electrostatic spray plate.

2. Glue width adjustment device: The width adjustment device is composed of food-grade plastic and adjustable braces.

3. Discharge rack: The machine is equipped with two discharge racks. When the two materials are misaligned and deviated during the cladding process, the correction device automatically adjusts the left and right movement of the material rack to achieve the effect of alignment of the two materials.

4. Coating roller group: Coating roller group is made of double roller precision machining parts, with smooth transmission.

6. Thickness adjustment dial: Adjustment of the thickness of the required Spreader when applying glue. The thickness of the glue can be adjusted by swirl/spin the left and right handwheels on the rubber roller frame clockwise or counterclockwise. The specific thickness is determined according to the percentage table instructions.

7. Transmission platform: The transmission platform is made of stainless steel, and its main function is to connect the glued substrate to the next process.

8. Traction roller group: The substrate is pulled by hand between the upper and lower rollers of the traction roller, the handwheel on the rack is tightened to make the traction roller, the rubber ring of the upper roller is in contact with the lower roller, and the traction roller group pulls the substrate through the power transmission to make the Spreader work.
