Introduction

RC0508 super thermostatic bath is a compact and small thermostatic device that can accurately control the temperature within the range of +5°C to 100°C. Equipped with a high-power heater, it can quickly reach the set temperature and maintain stability. Equipped with a low liquid level alarm function, it can remind the user to add liquid in time to avoid dry burning. The maintenance-free pressure/suction pump is used to ensure good temperature uniformity in the tank and is suitable for temperature control needs in various laboratories, industrial production and other fields.

• Compact appearance, small size, very convenient to place on the desktop; 

• When used in conjunction with a viscometer, the operating parts of the high-low temperature thermostatic circulator and the viscometer are facing the operator. The operation and display of the two instruments are very convenient, and the test process and data are clear at a glance;

• The heating power is 2000W, which can easily achieve precise control of any temperature between RT+15℃ and 100℃; 

• The low liquid level buoy provides a low liquid level alarm to prevent dry burning. When the alarm occurs, the light and sound can be used to remind at the same time; 

• Maintenance-free pressure/suction pump with strong pump power. The pump can simultaneously stir the bath liquid in the tank horizontally and vertically. The temperature in the tank has good uniformity and can be used for internal circulation and external circulation; 

• The pump pressure and flow automatically adapt to the external load, and the international standard M16x1 connecting nut can be configured with different joints to meet the needs of different external circulation pipe diameters;

• Parts in contact with liquid or steam are made of high-performance stainless steel and high-performance plastics, which are corrosion-resistant and scale-free;

• Fluorine-free environmentally friendly refrigerant R134a;

• A variety of operating modes are available, and automatic recovery can be achieved due to unexpected power outages;

• Optional intelligent control function: multiple interfaces (RS485, RS232) to realize remote communication and control the start and stop of equipment; 

• Optional 0-10V or 4-20mA analog signal input can be used for external intelligent devices to control the start and stop of the instrument; 

• Together with various Rotational Viscometers produced by our company, viscosity measurement becomes more convenient and accurate.
