Achievable final fineness < 1um, feed size 10mm, Rotation speed 1200 rpm, grinding sequence and grinding time can be set to precise seconds for short operation.

Introduction

JJ 1105 multi-turbine disperser is used for rapid ultra-fine grinding (batch) to colloid fineness less than one micron (< 1 um). It can be used with dry or suspended hard to soft materials to mix or grind materials faster.
