Operating Principle

Press the manual pump pressure handle, the hydraulic oil communicates with the intelligent digital pressure gauge through the oil pipe, and the other way enters the double shear instrument to push the piston up, and the piston pushes the cover plate to exert thrust on the block. With the increase of the thrust of the block, the upper and lower sides of the block are sheared, and the oil pressure is rapidly reduced back to zero, and the piston returns to position under the action of spring force. The intelligent digital pressure gauge records the pressure value at this time, and the shear strength of the masonry can be calculated through calculation.
