The arcotest 28# dyne pen is a professional testing tool that can accurately test dynes on films, metals, PCBs, plastics, ceramics and other materials. The fiber wear-resistant nib is not easy to deform, the ink is smooth, the writing is smooth, the wear-resistant nib design, and the cap is tightened to ensure a long service life and stability. The pen body is designed with a large capacity of 15ML, which can meet the needs of a variety of industries, and can accurately reach the ±0.5 of the factor. There are 38 Dyne models and 28-70 models to meet the various testing needs of different users.
Accurate test: Accurately test the energy value and surface cleanliness of the substrate surface to reach the value of the pen body.
Long service life: wear-resistant design to ensure a long service life.
Sealed pen cap: Prevent the volatilization of pen and ink and maintain the stability of pen and ink.
Wide range of use: suitable for pre-treatment of a variety of materials to meet the needs of different industries.
Long shelf life: storage at 20-25 degrees, 40-60% RH environment is the best, long shelf life.
International SGS certification: the quality is internationally recognized, safe and reliable.
When testing with an Arcotest dyne pen, draw a line on the surface by placing the pen perpendicular to the surface of the object to be measured, applying appropriate pressure. Different models of dyne pens require different pressures. Depending on the situation in which the line is drawn, different results can be analyzed.
Based on the situation of line drawing, the following conclusions can be drawn:
If the lines are evenly distributed and there are no beads, the surface dyne is higher than or equal to the index marked by the Tester.
If the line shrinks slowly, the surface dyne is below the index marked by the test pen.
If the line immediately shrinks and forms a bead, the surface dyne is very below the index marked by the test pen.
