Description of function keys

▲ "Mode" key: Press this key to switch the Operating Mode

▲ "Forward" key: Press this key to start the Operating Mode and move forward (left/down)

▲ "Back" key: Press this key to start the Operating Mode and move backward (right/up)

▲ "Stop" button: press this button in any state to stop the motor movement, often press it for more than 3 seconds to reset the current number of movements to zero

▲ "Setting" button: Press this button to realize the setting of the ones, tenths, hundreds and thousands of current exercise times and force holding time

Instructions for use

1. Equipped with the required type of push-pull force gauge

2. Install the tension gauge andHDE-1K electric single column vertical machinefixture

3. Fix the specimen and both ends of the fixture

4. Adjust the travel limit protection switch

5. Turn on the main power of the machine and the power of the tensIon Meter, and set the functional parameters of the whole set of tension equipment

6. Press the forward or back button, and the work has officially started at this time

7. After the work is finished, press the forward or backward key to make the machine return to the original initial state
