Introduction
DBJ electric cupping instrument is mainly composed of four parts: film pressing parts, variable speed parts, frame parts and depression value digital display parts.Using high-torque stepper motor, automatic reset to zero, no cumulative error, touch screen control display depression depth value.
The QBJ cupping Tester designed according to the international standard ISO1520 and the national standard GB/T9753-88 is suitable for evaluating the performance of the coating (single layer or supporting system coating) of pigment paint, varnish and related products after it is gradually deformed under standard conditions, and its resistance to cracking or separation from metal substrate. The test can be carried out according to the specified indentation depth to evaluate whether the coating passes or fails.
