




SNB-AI intelligent digital viscometer adopts 16-bit microcomputer processor core control circuit, gearless driven, with intelligent automatic measurement and manual measurement methods. The blue screen LCD digital display directly displays the viscosity, speed, temperature, percent torque, rotor number and the maximum measurable viscosity value of the selected rotor at the current speed. The sample size is small, only 10-20 ml is required. The optional "Data Acquisition and Drawing Software" can be used for a number of mathematical statistical analysis tasks such as data collection, data storage and historical data comparison. The circuit adopts SMD technology, with compact structure and reasonable layout. The measurement performance and function of this series of products are close to the professional level of similar foreign products.
The instrument measures the viscous resistance of a liquid and the dynamic viscosity of a liquid. It is widely used in viscosity measurement of various fluids such as grease, paint, food, papermaking, cosmetics, chemicals, coatings, capsules, etc. Equipped with a special temperature-controlled heater, it can be used to measure the apparent viscosity of asphalt, hot melt, paraffin, high polymer and other fluids.
As shown in the figure, the high-subdivision drive stepper motor drives the sensor pointer and the rotor rotates through the hairspring and shaft. If the rotor is not resisted by the liquid, the hairspring sensor pointer is in the same position as the sensor pointer of the stepper motor. Conversely, if the rotor is subjected to viscous resistance by the liquid, the hairspring generates torque to counteract the viscous resistance and finally reaches equilibrium. At this time, the output signal is sent to the 16-bit microcomputer processor through the photoelectric sensor for data processing, and the viscosity value of the liquid (mPa ·) is displayed on the LCD screen.
