Introduction of ISO outFlow Cup
JinKeLian QNB ISO outFlow Cup has three types of outflow Viscosity Cups, QNB No. 3, No. 4 and No. 6. This ISO outFlow Cup is developed by integrating the relevant provisions of the national standard and the international standard. It adopts stainless steel material. QNB No. 3/No. 4/No. 6 ISO outFlow Cup is used to test the outflow time of Newtonian or near-Newtonian liquids, and the applicable test outflow time range is 30s~100s.
application standard
1. International standard ISO2432-1993 "Determination of outflow time with outFlow Cup for paints and varnishes" (fourth edition)
2. National standard GB/T6753.4-86 "Determination of coating flow time - ISO Flow Cup method"

FAQ
QIs the flow cup of this number suitable for the viscosity test of vehicle topcoat Coatings?
A
suitable
QDo you have the ISO flow cup involved in ASTMD5125?
A
The QNB No. 6 ISO flow cup will do.
QCoating viscosity measured by flow cup method, must be at the specified temperature? If not according to the specified viscosity will have any impact?
A
Viscosity cup measurement generally has 3 variables, viscosity, outflow time and temperature. Temperature is specified in many viscosity measurement standards because temperature has a large impact on viscosity, and the change of viscosity with temperature may not be dominant, and any diluted material used to adjust viscosity may also change the rate of this change.
QDoes ISO 6MM refer to the No. 6 cup?
A
The No. 6 cup is evolved from the coated-4 cup (4mm), which is actually not rigorous. Different standards such as ISO, GB, ASTM, etc. have the same or similar diameter viscosity cup, depending on the standard you want to meet.
