Luminometer routine reagents are a range of reagents for measuring the concentration of different chemical substances, designed for a variety of analytical needs. These reagents are able to react with target chemicals in a photometer to provide accurate measurements. Different types of reagents are suitable for the determination of ammonia nitrogen, residual chlorine, total chlorine, copper, nitrite, manganese, aluminum, iodine, calcium hardness, magnesium hardness, iron, hexavalent chromium, nickel and nitrate and other chemical substances from low to high concentrations, and each reagent provides 100 tests (except for some models such as high concentration ammonia nitrogen reagents can reach 300 times). These reagents are widely used in water analysis and environmental monitoring to ensure accurate and reliable measurement of chemical concentrations in a wide range of liquid samples.
HI93721-01 is a pre-measured, high-quality reagent that allows users to achieve fast and accurate colorimetric measurements. These reagents follow adaptations of USEPA Method 315B (o-diazaphenanthrene) and Standard Method 3500-FeB. This method requires a reagent that contains both a reducing agent and a complexing agent. This reagent converts all forms of iron present in the sample to ferrous (Fe2+) or soluble states. When added to a sample containing iron, the reagent will turn the sample orange; The greater the concentration, the darker the color. The intensity of the color is determined by a compatible photometer, and the concentration and based on this meter will be displayed in mg/L (ppm) as total iron. These reagents are designed for use with samples with an expected range of 0.00 to 5.00 ppm iron.
