Application

The XH-nTS series pull-out instrument (tensile force meter) developed and produced by Tiandi Xinghuo is suitable for the detection of the anchoring force of anchors, steel bars (planting bars), anchor bolts and other anchors, and is the recommended instrument for the quality inspection of anchor rods and anchor bolts.

The puller is composed of a hand pump, a hydraulic cylinder, a digital pressure gauge and a high-pressure hose. The pump body is made of aluminum alloy material and stainless steel material, which has a long service life. The hydraulic cylinder is a hollow fail-safe type, which is quickly connected to the high-pressure hose through a quick coupling. The color touchscreen pressure gauge reads intuitively, and the tension force (kN) of the anchor rod and anchor bolt can be directly read. This series of pullers has compact structure, accurate measurement and stable performance. It meets the requirements of GB50367-2006 "Code for Reinforcement Design of Concrete Structures" and JGJ 145-2013 "Technical Regulations for Post-Anchorage of Concrete Structures".

Operating Principle

The working principle of the intelligent pull-out instrument (tensile force meter) is: when the center hole of the jack passes through the measured rod, select a suitable anchor to clamp the leakage part of the measured rod; Under the action of the hydraulic pressure of the manual pump, the oil pressure is transmitted to the cylinder body through the oil pipe, and the piston rod moves outward against the special anchor; The pressure acts directly on the shell of the anchor, and then transmits to the clamp, which clamps the measured rod after being stressed, and finally promotes the rod to be pulled outward. At this time, the pressure gauge on the pressure pump shows the corresponding force (kN) value, which reflects the tensioning force of the measured rod. After the puller completes the test, the anchor needs to be manually removed with less force shaking and vibration before the hollow cylinder can be easily removed.
