Uses and characteristics
XH-40S intelligent multi-function strength Tester is used to test the bond strength and concrete strength of facing bricks and mosaics of construction projects and walls or ground.
The instrument is a small hydraulic force measuring device, when detecting the bonding strength of the facing brick, the tensile force is generated on the bonded material of the facing brick by the three-point reaction support, and the concrete is detected by using the principle of the afterload pull-out method, and the concrete strength is calculated by measuring the force required to pull out the anchor placed in the concrete.
The instrument is composed of a heart-piercing jack, a hand-cranked pump, a triangular chassis and a force measuring device, and has the characteristics of one machine for two purposes, novel structure, small size, convenient operation and complete functions.
The oil pump of the Detector is loaded manually, with small driving torque, comfortable and reasonable swinging, and continuous and uniform loading.
Using single-chip microcomputer as the core intelligent data processor, the battery in the machine can be recharged, with full digital display, automatic zero (which can eliminate the measurement error caused by friction in the hydraulic system), and real-time force display of peak value.
