Uses and characteristics

The XH-50/100T series electric bolt puller (bolt puller) developed and produced by Tiandi Xinghuo is suitable for the detection of anchor solid anchoring force such as anchor rods and anchor cables, and is an essential instrument for anchor construction quality inspection.

The tensile gauge consists of an electric pump, a hydraulic cylinder, a digital pressure gauge and a high-pressure hose. Among them, the working type of the electric pump is a double-oil circuit plunger design, with high working efficiency, fast loading speed, and high pressure can be adjusted and set according to the required pressure. The three-position four-way manual reversing valve is installed on the pump body, which can make the inlet and outlet oil circuit reversible, the valve adopts the end seal structure, the sealing performance is better than the general steel ball structure, the operation is convenient, and the life is long. The hydraulic cylinder is in the form of a hollow double oil circuit, which is connected to the high-pressure hose through a quick coupling. The digital pressure gauge is installed on the pump body, and the KN value is read directly, so there is no need to convert.
