The binary divider is designed according to the provisions of the national standard GB474 "Preparation Method of Coal Sample", which is an indispensable tool for shrinking coal samples. It consists of a sealed shell, a lattice slot, a sample connector, a dustpan, etc. The width of the lattice groove of the binary of different specifications is 2.5 times the maximum particle size of the coal sample, and the slope of the inclined plane such as the lattice groove is not less than 60 degrees. The main characteristics are reasonable structure, easy to use, multi-point shrinkage performance, strong representativeness, which can greatly improve the efficiency and quality of sample preparation. It is suitable for shrinkage sampling of coal, ore samples or other uneven granular materials.
There are two types of binary devices: fully sealed type and ordinary type, and the material is stainless steel. Each set of binary is divided into three different sizes, which are suitable for sample reduction of different particle sizes.
