Introduction

Deguang Electronics ultrasonic Thickness Gauge probes have D5008, D5113, D7006, D7006 (concave surface), D7004, D2012, D2012 (concave surface), D5301 eight probe models, ultrasonic Thickness Gauge probes are Deguang Electronics DC1000 , DC2000 , DC3000, DC4000 series ultrasonic Thickness Gauge accessories, ultrasonic Thickness Gauge can be used in different occasions to measure the thickness of the workpiece by selecting different probes.

Probe application

Select the probe according to the thickness and shape of the object to be measured.

D5301-type probe: (5.0MHz) for paint barrier detection and launch to echo mode.

D5008 type probe: (5.0MHz) This probe can be selected in many situations. For example: the measurement surface is flat or has a large arc, and the thickness of the measured object exceeds 50mm.

D5113 type probe: (5.0MHz) is used for the measurement of materials whose temperature is less than 350°C.

D7006 type probe: (7.5MHz) is mainly used for the measurement of thin wall and small arc surface.

D7004 type probe: (10MHz) is mainly used for the measurement of thin wall and small arc surface.

D2012 type probe: (2.0MHz) is mainly used for the measurement of coarse-grained materials such as cast iron.
