The heated film coater is a compact belt casting coater that heats a vacuum bed up to 120℃ and has a ventilated cover on top to help vent the exhaust gases. Heated thin film coaters are the tool of choice for manufacturing high-temperature polymer coatings or conductive ceramic films on a variety of substrates.
The heated film coating machine uses vacuum suction cups and oil-free Vacuum Pumps to adsorb and fix the substrate, so that the substrate is wrinkled during the coating process, so that the coating is more uniform and smooth, and also prevents the pollution of the substrate by oil pollution in the Vacuum Pump. The width of the film can be controlled according to the width of the Film Applicator during the working process of the heated film coating machine, and the baffle in the middle of the squeegee can move left and right, and when the baffle plate and the side of the squeegee are completely overlapped, the width of the film can reach the limit. With the micron-level adjustable film maker, the film length can reach 800mm. Equipped with a unique automatic propulsion device, it is possible to create a smooth coating on any material in the range of 250 mm wide and 800 mm long.
