Overview

• The blending machine includes single-head, multi-head, single-speed, multi-speed and other series of products to meet the different needs of customers.

• The homogenizer is mainly used for photoresist coating, boron coating and other processes, and the equipment has the characteristics of high homogenization efficiency and easy to use. Its homogenizing speed and time are divided into multiple periods, and they are steplessly adjustable.

• The electrical circuit is reliable, the motor runs smoothly, especially the motor torque is large, which is better than similar products.

• The suction piece adopts a solenoid valve to control the air path, which is suitable for the process of the assembly line, and an air pump can work with several homogenizers at the same time, which improves the efficiency.

Procedure

1. Connect the external vacuum pipeline system and turn on the Vacuum Pump;

2. Glue leveling machine: press the big red power button, the screen will display the initial screen, please press the (program group) button, select A01-A12, and the screen will return to the running page.

3. Put the substrate in the center of the suction cup, turn on the red vacuum switch, and check whether the substrate is sucked firmly, (it is strictly forbidden to glue the substrate smaller than the outer circle of the suction cup suction groove). Place an appropriate amount of photoresist on the center of the substrate and press the green homogenization switch. (If there is an abnormality, you can press the green homogenizing start button, and the suction cup will stop) After waiting for the motor to stop rotating, turn off the vacuum and take the film.

4. Select the appropriate speed according to the viscosity of the photoresist and the temperature of the Operating Environment, and the general homogenization time is about 5~20 seconds.

5. Put the evenly glued glass sheet on the glass chuck and put it in the metal box, and put it into the Incubator for pre-drying according to the requirements of the glue, and the general photoresist pre-baking temperature is 90 °C for 30 minutes.

6. The glue leveling machine must be started after closing the upper cover, and it is strictly forbidden to touch it with hands when the rubber leveling machine is rotating. Use your hands to grasp the suction cup of the glue machine, which can lead to the protection of the machine, and it needs to be returned to the factory for processing, please be aware.
