Introduction

MOT500 is an online intelligent Gas Detector (transmitter) with 2.4-inch IPS color screen display, which adopts large-scale integrated circuit technology and is designed by international standard intelligent technology level, and is a completely intelligent gas transmitter designed by digital and analog hybrid communication technology. The intelligent gas transmitter has high stability, communication and self-diagnosis functions, easy installation and maintenance, and meets the requirements of high reliability of equipment for industrial site safety monitoring. MOT series intelligent gas transmitters are widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, refining, gas transmission and distribution, biochemical and other industries, the instrument is compatible with various control alarms, PLC, DCS and other control systems, can realize remote detection, control, alarm, with computer data storage, data analysis and other functions.

Instrument features

  • It adopts the new semiconductor nano process ultra-low power 32-bit microprocessor and 24-bit ADC data acquisition chip

  • It adopts a 2.4-inch IPS industrial-grade high-definition large screen with a resolution of 320x240

  • 1-6 sensors can be supported according to customer needs (Note: 4-20mA output is not supported for all-in-one composite gas)

  • PPM and mg/m3 can be switched freely

  • Multiple signal output modes are standard:

1. 4-20mA output (single 1 sensor): standard 16-bit precision 4-20mA output chip, transmission distance of 1Km (optional 0-5V or 0-10V Voltage output mode)

2. RS485 output: using standard MODBUS RTU protocol, the transmission distance is 1.2Km, and the repeater can extend the transmission distance

3. Relay output: 2 sets of passive (dry junction) outputs (normally open/NO and normally closed/NC) are standard

  • A variety of signal transmission methods are available: 3~5 core cable, network cable, 433Mhz wireless transmission, GPRS wireless transmission

  • Up to 6 levels of target point calibration function of the sensor to ensure the accuracy and linearity of the measurement,

  • Manual zero and target calibration, factory reset, and analog 4mA and 20mA output calibration are available

  • It has the functions of wide Voltage input, short-circuit protection, reverse connection protection, anti-static interference, anti-magnetic field interference, etc., and has the function of automatic recovery to prevent the instrument from being damaged by any external causes, man-made reasons, natural disasters, etc

  • The instrument is compatible with all kinds of remote control equipment: PLC, DCS, control alarm, secondary instrument, etc

  • The shell is hard oxidized, explosion-proof and anti-corrosion, and can be used for a long time in any harsh environment.

  • The instrument can also be equipped with: temperature/humidity sensor, on-site sound and light alarm, etc
