Principle

When the sensor moves in a uniform linear motion along the measured surface under the drive of the driving mechanism, the stylus perpendicular to the working surface inside produces a vertical displacement with the microscopic uneven contour of the working surface, and then converts the displacement change into the change of electricity through the sensor, amplifies and filters the electrical signal, converts it into a digital signal through A/D, and then processes it by DSP to calculate and display the values of Ra, Rz, Rq and Rt.
