JinKeLian QSM-II sand mill is a grinding machine used in the laboratory for sample testing, which can achieve a grinding paint particle fineness of less than 25 microns.QSM-II sand mill is a working method that uses a motor to drive the stirring parts for dispersed grinding.The QSM-II sand mill is widely used in the paint and paint industry, and can hold a sample capacity of 1.5 liters.

The working principle of the QSM-II sand mill

The motor is used to drive the agitator parts, and rotate at a speed of 1.400 rpm, the sand particles and materials are rapidly rotated and turned in the tank, and the material particles are dispersed and finely ground due to the strong tension and shear and impact between the sand particles and the materials.
