Abradability Tester

Used to test the sanding resistance of undercoat and putty, in line with GB/T1770 standard, friction speed 0~135cpm, test stroke 155mm, counting range 0~9999.

DM-III putty grinding Tester is a new type of instrument designed and manufactured according to GB/T1770-2008 national standard, which is used to evaluate the grinding resistance of primer and putty.

Instructions:

1. Rotate the hexagon wrench on the edge of the permanent magnet chuck clockwise, put the 50×120mm tinplate plate coated with the sample and dried in the center of the suction cup, and rotate the hexagon wrench counterclockwise, so that the sample is adsorbed on the suction cup.

2. Use the metallographic sandpaper width of 60×120mm as the sandpaper for grinding, loosen the locking nuts on both sides of the grinding head and rotate the paper tightening cylinder (that is, the shaft rod slotted in the middle), tighten and fix the sandpaper for grinding on the grinding head, then tighten the lock nut, and then put the grinding head on the swing arm of this Tester. If you want to increase the load weight, you can place additional weights on the grinding head.

3. Turn on the power switch, the machine starts to work, after reaching the predetermined times, the machine will automatically stop, rotate the hexagon wrench clockwise, and remove the sample for observation.

4. If you want to stop the machine during operation, you can directly turn off the power switch, and then turn on the power switch if you want to continue working.

5. After the DM-III putty grinding Tester machine stops automatically, you only need to press the "Clear (R)" button on the setter, and the machine can run again.

Notes:

1. When the sample is not installed and the sandpaper is not polished, it is strictly forbidden to start the machine.

2. The power supply should be cut off as soon as possible after the test.
