Test road marking paints drying time, tire size is 241 +/- 6mm, suitable for GA/T298-2001 standard.

Application

It is mainly used for the determination of the drying time of non-stick tires in GA/T298-2001 "Road Marking Coatings" in "room temperature marking coatings" and "heating marking coatings". 

Operating Principle:

1. The sample is coated on the glass sheet (200mm×150mm×5mm), coated with the short side of the glass sheet parallel to the center of the long side into an 80mm wide band, and the thickness of the wet paint film is 200um±20um;

2. After coating, immediately press the stopwatch, 10 minutes later, the handle of the measuring instrument will be the center of the short side of the Tester self-test board at a constant speed to the other end of the roll for 1s, immediately observe the tire of the Tester with the naked eye whether there is sticky paint, if there is sticky paint, immediately wipe the tire with acetone or methyl ethyl ketone moistened cotton cloth, and then repeat the test every 30s until the tire is not painted, stop the stopwatch timer, the time is the "non-stick time" of the sample.
