2. Principle and structure:

This testing machine is a wash-down device for the stain resistance test of coatings. Used in conjunction with reflectivity to determine the stain resistance of coatings. It is mainly composed of stainless steel Water Tank, flow pipe, model frame and solenoid valve, time relay, automatic control device, Water Tank support, controller support, pipeline support, etc.

Preparation before the test:

1. Fix the Water Tank, and ensure that the space of the flowing pipe is basically perpendicular to the horizontal plane, and the flow port is 200mm away from the test plate, and the two water pipes are firmly connected according to the drawing, and the thread can be wound with PTFE tape. Fix the water pipe bracket and controller bracket and connect the water overflow pipe.

2. Insert the solenoid valve lead into the signal hole of the controller, and the lock nut is connected to the general 220V power supply. (Before turning on the power switch C, switch B should be turned to the "pause" position)

5. Experimental Procedure:

1. Fill the Water Tank with water, stop the water if there is overflow, and put the sample on the model frame after the overflow stops.

2. Adjust the time relay from the third position to M from the left, and adjust the second position to zero for the rest of you, that is, 1 minute. Dial B to the "Pause" position, turn on the power switch C, and press A to "Zero". Then dial B to "work", at this time the solenoid valve works, and the timer starts. This is the beginning of the rinse. At this point, the template should be moved so that all parts of it can pass through the water flow point. After one minute, the valve switch flushing stops. Dial B to "Pause" again and press the reset A button. The end of a trial process. Fill the tank with water and wait for the next test.

3. The drying of the sample after washing and the determination of the reflection coefficient, the preparation of fly ash water, the parameters of fly ash, the preparation of the template substrate and the sample shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations.

6. Precautions:

This device is a combination of water and electricity products, there is no leakage in the pipeline connection, otherwise it can not be used, the power supply needs to have a leakage protection device, and the power plug is unplugged after use.
