Introduction

LS197 is a multi-angle design gloss meter, the body is made of ivory engineering plastic shell, the appearance is simple and elegant. It has three measurement angles of 20°, 60° and 85°, and the gloss of different angles can be measured at the same time. With a measuring range of up to 2000 GU, it can measure high-gloss and even specular reflective materials. The operation is simple, put and measure, no need to wait. The instrument supports normal mode and QC mode, in QC mode, it can automatically determine whether the gloss of the material is qualified or not, and improve the detection efficiency. The instrument is widely used in the surface gloss test of coatings, paints, inks, plastics, ceramic tiles, paper, ceramics, stones, metals and other materials.

• With the D65 light source, the receiver spectral response curve conforms to the spectral visual function V(λ), which ensures more accurate measurement of colored objects.

• Using imported chips and sensors, with 50-point linear fitting algorithm, the repeatability can reach ±0.2GU and the resolution can reach 0.1GU.

• The accuracy in the full range meets the national first-class working machine standard, which can ensure that it can pass the test of the National Institute of Metrology.

• After the instrument is turned on, there is no need to press the button to operate, and it can be put on and measured.

• In addition to normal mode, the instrument also supports QC mode. In this mode, the user can customize the upper and lower limits for qualified judgment, which is suitable for batch inspection.
