Introduction

The LS196 is a hand-held gloss meter with an ivory white engineering shell for a simple and elegant appearance. 60° universal angle design, measuring range up to 1000GU, easy to operate, put and measure, no need to wait. The instrument supports normal mode and QC mode, in QC mode, it can automatically determine whether the gloss of the material is qualified or not, and improve the detection efficiency. The instrument is professionally used for surface gloss testing of paints, coatings, inks, plastics, ceramic tiles, ceramics, stones, metals and other materials.

• With a measuring range of up to 1000 GU, the LS196 gloss meter can easily measure a wide range of high-gloss materials such as metal products and electroplated workpieces.

• The instrument is designed with a 60° universal angle, which is suitable for surface gloss testing of most materials and has a wide range of applications.

• The instrument uses D65 light source, and the spectral response curve of the receiver conforms to the spectral visual function V(λ) to ensure that the measurement of colored objects is more accurate.

• The accuracy of the instrument in the full range of the instrument meets the national first-class working machine standard, which can ensure that it can pass the test of the national authoritative metrology institute, and not all gloss meters can do it.

• The instrument uses imported chips and sensors, with a unique 50-point linear fitting algorithm, with a repeatability of ±0.2GU and a resolution of 0.1GU.

• After the instrument is turned on, there is no need to press the button to operate, and it is put and measured, refusing to wait for 0.5s.

• In addition to normal mode, the instrument also supports QC mode. In this mode, the user can customize the upper and lower limits for qualified judgment, which is suitable for batch testing.
