The three-roll Grinder has three rollers mounted on an iron frame with the center in a straight line. It can be installed horizontally or slightly tilted. The grinding effect is achieved by pressing the surface of the three horizontal rollers against each other and rubbing at different speeds. The steel drum can be hollowed out and cooled by water. The material is added between the middle and rear rollers. Since the rotation direction of the three rollers is different (the speed increases sequentially from back to front), a good grinding effect is produced. The material is ground and scraped off by a scraper mounted in front of the front roller. Under normal circumstances, the roller of the three-roller grinding machine is made of cold hard alloy steel centrifugal casting, and the surface hardness is above HS70°; The circular diameter of the roller is highly precision grinding, precise and delicate, and the grinding fineness of the material can reach about 15μm, so it can produce uniform and delicate high-quality products. Preparation

(1) Check whether the position and locking of each component are normal, inject lubricating oil according to the point shown, and turn on the power supply

(2) Adjust the front and rear left and right handwheels to observe whether the roll linkage is normal

(3) Remove the dirt on the roller surface: wipe it with soft paper or clean cotton yarn, loosen the baffle plate and pinch your hand

(4) Adjust the gap between the front and rear rollers and the middle roller to 0.5 mm, and then start the power supply to idle for 1-2 minutes.

Work procedures

(1) After starting operation, adjust the gap between the middle and rear rollers to 0.3 mm, press the baffle plate, add the slurry appropriately, visually measure the coloring depth, fine-tune the rear roller, make it evenly colored and covered with rolls, and lock the fixing nut.

(2) Adjust the front roller handwheel with both hands at the same time, so that the front roller slowly contacts the middle roller and the surface of the front roller is evenly colored, lock the fixing nut, and then adjust the angle of the material plate to make it properly pressed on the roller surface, and the slurry can be evenly discharged. Check the uniformity of the discharge and the particle size of the finished product, and continue to fine-tune the front and rear rollers until the particle size of the finished product reaches the predetermined requirements. The front and rear should be returned to the material plate scraper in time.

After the work is stopped

Remove the paint and clean it in time, wipe the roll and related parts, loosen the scraper and baffle, apply a small amount of oil, and then cover it with wax paper for protection.

Precautions

(1) It is strictly forbidden to bump or scratch the surface of the roll, and it is strictly forbidden for all kinds of metal objects and hard sundries to enter the running roll.

Maintenance

Precautions

  • It is strictly forbidden to drive without turning on the cooling water.

  • It is strictly forbidden to enter foreign objects (such as metal blocks, etc.) in the middle of the two rollers, if you accidentally enter the foreign objects, you will stop and take them out in an emergency, otherwise the roller surface will be crushed or other parts will be damaged.

  • Attention should be paid to adjusting the front and rear rollers at any time, due to the line expansion of the drum, if you are not careful, it is easy to swell to death when working, and even brake the motor to cause accidents.

  • The copper baffle (tip) of the baffle can not be pressed too tightly, and lubricating oil (which can be dissolved into the paint paste) should be added at any time, otherwise it will wear out quickly.

Pay attention to the bearing temperature at both ends of the roller, generally not more than 100.

Operational precautions

1. Before operation, first check whether the power line pipe, switch button is normal, and whether there is cooling circulating water, if everything is normal, it can be turned on.

2. Attention should be paid to whether there is any abnormality during the operation, and the machine should be stopped immediately.

3. The oil storage barrel should be fixed during operation to avoid oil overflow.

4. The operator should always pay attention to whether there is any debris on the roller, and stop the machine immediately if there is, so as not to affect the quality and cause safety accidents.

5. When an operator wants to leave the post, someone should replace the post.

6. If the production is completed, clean the roller and clean the surrounding sanitation in time, and turn off the relevant power switch.
