The CA-680B laser dust particle counter (hereinafter referred to as the instrument) is used to measure the particle size distribution and number of dust particles per unit volume in a clean environment. The instrument is available in 0.3, 0.5, 1.0, 3.0, 5.0, 10 μm six-channel specific particle size, 2.83 L/min (1 ft3/min) flow rate.
The instrument adopts the principle of light scattering, through the detection laser of the laser optical sensor for perception, the light scattering intensity is proportional to the light flux of its particle size, when the suspended particles in the air pass through the photosensitive area, the scattered scattered light is accepted by the photosensitive element and produces a pulse signal, and the equivalent diameter and number of collected particles are obtained after photoelectric conversion, amplification and processing, so as to detect the size and number of dust particles.
